Mercier Consultancy Group seeks an Italian-speaking Player Support Specialist to support players in Bulgaria, with relocation to Sofia and fully paid training. You will handle chats, emails, and social channels to resolve in-game issues and protect account security, while representing high-profile gaming brands.

Fluent Italian is mandatory; EU passport required. Prior customer support or gaming experience is advantageous. Relocation is provided.

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
