• Ensure compliance and security protocols for all gaming transactions and account activities.
• Provide high-level Italian language support for complex inquiries and document verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor platform integrity and enhance gaming experience.
• Analyze technical system data to resolve account-related disputes or payout queries efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and gaming trends.
