Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• C2 level Italian and proficient English.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and relationship management for hosts.
• Proactively address host questions to improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with hosts to maximize listing quality.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track progress and optimize workflows.
• Manage a pipeline of high-value accounts toward growth.
