Jobtailor seeks a motivated junior client services associate in Barcelona to partner with clients across IT, HR, and other practices. You will support senior consultants, identify client priorities, and help align Gartner resources to deliver value.

The role requires fluent Italian and English, a bachelor degree, and 6+ months of relevant experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

• Must be fluent in Italian and English.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 6+ months relevant experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clients across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices.
• Deliver value to decision makers and drive growth as part of a service team.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to deliver best in class service.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery & business results.
