Jobtailor seeks a motivated junior client services associate in Barcelona to partner with clients across IT, HR, and other practices. You will support senior consultants, identify client priorities, and help align Gartner resources to deliver value.

The role requires fluent Italian and English, a bachelor degree, and 6+ months of relevant experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

• Deliver value to decision makers and drive Gartner growth by working as part of a service team.
• Identify client priorities and understand how to align Gartner's resources to provide best in class service.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery & business results.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Italian and English
• Bachelors degree is preferred along with 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience
• Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
