Skello is seeking an Inside Sales member to join the founding team for the Italian market. Based in Barcelona, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, across various sectors and SMBs to key accounts.

You will qualify leads, conduct product demos, and tailor pitches to show how Skello simplifies workforce management, with onboarding support for early customers and go-to-market playbook contributions.

Formación

• Native Italian speaker and fluent in English or French.
• Experience in sales or business development (1–5 years).
• Growth mindset; thrives in early-stage markets.
• Comfortable with sales tools and data-driven environments.

Responsabilidades

• Actively prospect new leads in Italy, including cold calling.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads from marketing and partnerships.
• Understand customer needs and tailor the pitch for Skello.
• Drive discovery and product demos to close opportunities.
• Hand over clients to onboarding and share market feedback.
