Job summary

AIM Sport is seeking an IT System Administrator to join the Madrid team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role focuses on keeping IT systems running smoothly and supporting employees in their daily work.

Responsibilities include User & IT Support, Systems & Network management, Accounts/Security & Software, Documentation, and small Projects. English is required, NIE/DNI or Spanish ID is needed, and you must live in Madrid.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or system administration.
• Good knowledge of Windows and/or macOS.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Valid NIE/DNI or Spanish ID and living in Madrid; English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees for hardware, software, and access issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS, printers and peripherals.
• Set up new users, reset passwords, and manage access rights.
• Set up and maintain computers and devices; monitor servers and backups.
• Troubleshoot network issues including Wi‑Fi, LAN, and VPN; collaborate with external IT providers as needed.
• Document IT setups, issues, and solutions; keep inventory up to date.
• Lead or support small IT projects and onboarding of new employees.
