Job summary

Axpo Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote technical support in Madrid. You will diagnose, repair, and configure hardware, software, and networking, while maintaining asset inventories and collaborating with teams to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes customer service, documentation, and policy compliance. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT support, strong OS knowledge, and experience with hardware repairs and software rollouts.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux and Microsoft Office.
Hands-on hardware repairs, network administration, and software rollouts.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems across desktops, laptops, printers, and videoconferencing systems.
Set up and configure new workplaces, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and deliver exceptional customer service.
