Axpo Group is seeking an IT Support Intern to gain hands-on experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and IT best practices. You will work with a mentoring team to resolve common hardware and software issues and help with setup of new workplaces.

Qualifications

• Pursuing final year or recent graduate in CS or related fields.
• Basic hardware, software, networking knowledge.
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with remote support tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line onsite or remote technical support under supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware/software problems.
• Assist with setup and configuration of new workplaces, including cabling and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain basic hardware and software components.
• Document all support activities accurately.
• Support system rollouts, migrations, and updates under supervision.
• Maintain inventory records of IT assets and replace defective hardware under guidance.
