Volkswagen Group Services is seeking an IT Service Manager to lead Level 2 IT support governance across Iberia, with responsibilities for incident management, service performance and continuous improvement.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and product squads in an international matrix, while ensuring SLA adherence and transparent reporting. English is the primary working language; Spanish and Portuguese are valuable assets.

Formación

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business oriented or related field.
• ITIL certification and relevant process knowledge.
• Scrum/Agile certifications and SAFe exposure.
• AWS certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end incident and operations governance for Level 2 IT support.
• Govern SLA compliance, incident qualification and escalation across L1-L3.
• Coordinate Joint Governance Boards and provide service reporting.
• Manage tooling governance including JIRA, Confluence and access controls.
