BME | Bolsas y Mercados Españoles is seeking a Team Lead for IT Management to support their Software Engineering department. This role involves guiding a binational team in Spain and Switzerland, managing Service Level Agreements, and coordinating Governance, Risk & Compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT Service Management, a strong communication skill set, and a proactive analytical mindset. The position offers a hybrid work model and a range of benefits including additional medical insurance and daily meal allowance.

Formación

• Several years of experience in IT Service Management and Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Service Level Management, including SLAs.
• Solid understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Service Level processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a distributed team for IT Service Management and GRC coordination.
• Own the lifecycle of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure accurate reporting.
• Coordinate audit activities and support risk owners in assessing new IT risks.
