ISG International Service Group in Valencia seeks an IT Presales Engineer to design tailored solutions for customers and support the Sales team with technical expertise. You will deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept and technical proposals, coordinating with Consulting, Development and Product teams to ensure a smooth transition to implementation.

The role requires 2+ years in presales, a degree in Computer or Telecommunications Engineering, and fluent English and French.

• Fluent English and French; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse customers' technical and functional requirements to design tailored solutions.
• Support the Sales team with technical expertise and act as a contact for customers.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept and validations.
• Prepare technical proposals and contribute to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Development and Product teams for a smooth handover to implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with national and international clients on digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse customers' technical and functional requirements in order to design tailored solutions for each project.
• Support the Sales team throughout the entire presales process, providing technical expertise and acting as a key point of contact for customers.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept and functional validations to showcase the value of the proposed solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals and contribute to responses to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.
• Work closely with Consulting, Development and Product teams to ensure a smooth transition from the presales stage through to implementation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with national and international clients, contributing to large-scale digital transformation projects.

What Are We Looking For?

• 2+ years of experience in IT Presales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or similar customer-facing roles.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field. Candidates with strong technical experience in software environments will also be considered.
• Good knowledge of enterprise software solutions, technical architectures, integrations and/or SaaS environments.
• Previous experience in presales processes, preparing technical proposals, delivering product demonstrations and supporting Sales teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English and French are essential.
• Based in Valencia or genuinely interested in developing a long-term professional career in the city.
