Bystronic Software in Spain seeks an IT Manager to lead critical IT operations, ensuring performance, security, compliance, and timely delivery of technology solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.

You will define the technology roadmap, collaborate with the Group in Switzerland, manage budgets, and drive security, continuity, and governance while supporting international vendors and agile teams.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
• Experience in cloud and hybrid architectures and governance of complex infrastructures.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2).
• Experience in IT project management and with international vendors.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Switzerland.
• Strategic mindset with autonomous working style.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and Group standards.
• Design and evolve scalable IT architectures across hybrid cloud, on-premise, and SaaS environments.
• Oversee IT operations, vendors, SLAs, and incident escalation.
• Define cybersecurity strategies including identity management and incident response.
• Ensure ISO 27001 compliance, governance of risk/assets, and audits.
• Act as IT liaison between local operations and Group IT in Switzerland.
