T-Systems Iberia in Spain seeks a Process Manager to bridge ITIL and Agile within a fast‑moving cloud operations environment. You will design, implement, and continuously improve processes, automate where possible, and coordinate across teams to keep workflows efficient and transparent.

The role emphasizes customer orientation, OpenStack familiarity, and the ability to assess technical solutions and craft creative approaches.

Formación

• Completed studies ina technical, engineering or business subject or comparable professional training.
• 5-7years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies.
• Good knowledge of process creation and documentation, especially for DevOps.
• Knowledge of agile development processes.
• High levelof customer orientation.
• Ability to assess technical solutions and find creative approaches to solutions.
• OpenStack and programming experience inopen sourceprojects is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
