Werfen is seeking an IT Operations Area Manager to strategically oversee the area’s projects and operations in a Barcelona-based setting. The role focuses on delivering high service levels, improving efficiency, and maximizing profitability across global IT initiatives.

Candidates should have strong leadership capabilities, robust IT project experience, and a proven ability to manage people and complex plans.

Formación

• Bachelor in a technical field or related industrial organization/IVD domain.
• PM certification or >3 years IT project management experience.
• Good track record managing people and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage planning and implementation projects with deliverables, scheduling and risk management.
• Monitor project implementations for accuracy and timeliness to meet goals.
• Oversee execution, ensuring on-budget, on-time delivery with value to stakeholders.
• Lead IT Operations reviews and ensure compliance with policies and best practices.
• Support pre-sale activities and respond to tender documents.
