Adamed Laboratorios S.L.U. in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist who is curious, proactive, and passionate about problem-solving.

You will support hardware, software, and business applications while aligning with international IT teams. You will manage Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and mobile devices; troubleshoot networking and connectivity; and help implement security and automation.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 11, and Windows Server environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Office 365 solutions, which will be a key part of daily support activities.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, ports, protocols, and firewall rules, with the ability to troubleshoot communications between systems.
• Experience supporting corporate applications, business systems, and ERP platforms.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and corporate device support.
• Basic PowerShell skills for administration, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent Spanish and English (minimum B2 level), with confidence communicating in international and cross-functional environments.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for finding smarter, more sustainable solutions.
