Lear Corporation is seeking an IT Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to support planning, coordination and delivery of IT infrastructure projects across EMEA. You will help ensure secure, compliant solutions and a smooth handover to IT Operations for ongoing support.

Role requires collaboration with infrastructure, cybersecurity, local IT and business teams, and willingness to travel across EMEA for implementations and out‑of‑hours support when required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network infrastructure or infrastructure project delivery.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, enterprise networking, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi and IT operational processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support infrastructure projects, migrations, lifecycle replacements, and site onboarding activities across EMEA.
• Coordinate the deployment of server, virtualization, network, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, backup, and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with local IT teams, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, implementation plans, technical documentation, and status updates.
• Identify, track, and escalate technical risks, dependencies, issues, and project blockers.
• Support infrastructure testing, validation, go‑live activities, and operational readiness reviews.
• Ensure completed infrastructure solutions are fully documented and handed over to IT Operations teams.
• Follow security, audit, business continuity, and infrastructure governance requirements throughout project delivery.
• Contribute to infrastructure standardization, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support during critical implementations, migrations, maintenance windows, and major business events.

Job Description

As an IT Infrastructure Delivery Specialist, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects across EMEA locations. You will help ensure infrastructure solutions are implemented securely, meet operational requirements, and are successfully transitioned to IT Operations for ongoing support. This role works closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, local IT, and business teams in an international environment.

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network infrastructure, or infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience supporting infrastructure implementations, upgrades, migrations, or technology rollouts in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, enterprise networking, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, Microsoft 365, and IT operational processes.
• Fluency in Spanish and good English communication skills, with willingness to travel across EMEA and support out-of-hours implementations when required.
