D-Ploy is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our global team. You will provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for computer hardware and software, document end-user issues in our ITSM system, and collaborate with onsite technicians to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while following established processes and best practices in a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• Fluent English required (written and spoken).
• Advanced MS Office knowledge is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and effectively.
• Readiness to follow direction and best practices.
• Planning and organizing skills; team player mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products.
• Meticulous documentation of end user issues in ITSM tool
• Adherence to processes and knowledge documents
• Ticket backlog management
• Continuous service improvement activities – knowledge script creation, training document updates etc.
• Close collaboration with Onsite IT technicians
