BME | Bolsas y Mercados Españoles in Las Rozas, Madrid, seeks an IT Service, Governance Risk & Compliance Specialist to strengthen IT services in a regulated financial market. You will support service management, SLA governance, IT controls, audit readiness and risk management across IT services.

The role collaborates with application and risk owners, ensuring evidence collection, remediation tracking, and transparent reporting. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT service management, IT audit, IT controls or governance roles.
• Understanding of SLA governance, service reporting, risk and compliance processes.
• Ability to coordinate evidence collection and remediation actions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SLAs across applications and IT services and prepare service reports.
• Coordinate IT control, audit and compliance activities with evidence collection.
• Identify, assess and document operational and technology risks with risk owners.
• Maintain governance docs, service metrics and management reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve resilience, controls and service quality.
