Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced IT & Digital Project Manager for an eCommerce & Mobile Apps project. You will join an international team and drive kickoff initiatives, planning, execution, and delivery in an agile environment.

You will collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to ensure high-quality user experiences, while coordinating SDLC practices and reporting progress to senior stakeholders across borders.

• Experience as a hands-on Project Manager in digital/IT projects.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Demonstrated ability in project planning, risk management, and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating Agile/SDLC delivery, including testing and handover.
• Good working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Strong eCommerce background and experience with Mobile Applications.
• UX/UI knowledge and user-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams and manage multiple initiatives.

• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and ensure SDLC best practices.
• Manage project plans, scope, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Act as main point of contact for business and technical stakeholders.
• Oversee testing activities and handover to production/support teams.
• Report KPIs using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams to ensure quality UX.

• Manage project plans, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for business and technical stakeholders, aligning expectations and priorities
• Oversee testing activities and support operational handover to production and support teams
• Use Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI to track progress, document decisions, and report on KPIs
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product teams to guarantee high-quality user experiences
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and delivery practices
• Prepare and present status reports and executive updates to senior stakeholders
