Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a global SaaS rollout measuring brand visibility across search engines and AI-generated answers. You will drive readiness, integrations, deployment, training and the transition to operations, coordinating across markets and time zones.

The role emphasizes managing budgets, dependencies and executive status reporting in an Agile environment, with strong communication and multi-stream leadership.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience delivering international or multi-market technology projects.
• Experience with SaaS platform implementation or digital product rollouts.
• Experience coordinating external suppliers, internal IT teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks and change management.
• Experience managing budgets, resources and project financial reporting.
• Experience preparing steering committee materials and executive status reports.
• Experience with testing, go-live, training and transition to support.
• Experience working in matrix organisations across several time zones.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage several workstreams and deadlines at the same time.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in digital marketing technologies, search, SEO, analytics, MarTech or e-commerce is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, GA4, CDN or SSO is a plus.
• Experience with generative AI, prompt management or content platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the overall project plan, milestones and critical path.
• Coordinate delivery across markets, business categories and workstreams.
• Organise project kickoffs, readiness reviews and rollout planning.
• Track dependencies, risks, decisions, actions and issues.
• Coordinate the collection of market, brand, category, language and user information.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and technical prerequisites.
• Follow up on integrations such as SSO, GA4 and CDN connections.
• Coordinate platform configuration, prompt libraries, approvals and go-live activities.
• Work as the main delivery contact for external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Organise project meetings, governance forums and steering committees.
• Prepare clear status reports, decision papers and executive updates.
• Track supplier deliverables, acceptance criteria, service commitments and escalations.
• Monitor project budget, PM services and resource consumption.
• Coordinate user training, adoption monitoring and initial performance reporting.
• Define the support model, escalation routes and ownership after the rollout.
• Lead the transition from project delivery to ongoing operations.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
