• Experience in IT Service Management and IT Change Management, enabling central ITSM processes.
• ITIL certification and familiarity with ISO 27001 or ISMS and audit requirements are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Change Management / Change Enablement and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and continuously improve the Change Enablement process.
• Support Change Owners in planning, assessing and implementing changes.
• Review Change Records for completeness, risks, impact, testing, rollback, and approvals.
