Symrise AG in Barcelona, Spain, is seeking a Change Management Lead to shape and execute the change strategy for a global SAP transformation. You will drive stakeholder adoption, align leaders, and ensure lasting value from new processes and ways of working across functions and regions.

The role requires 10+ years in change management or ERP programs, fluency in English, and experience with SAP S/4HANA; German or French is a plus.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, or ERP/SAP Program Delivery.
• Proven ability to lead complex change initiatives across multi-division, multi-region organizations.
• Strong understanding of ERP process transformation and global stakeholder management.
• Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; German or French is an asset.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the end-to-end change management strategy across the SAP transformation.
• Define change plans, timelines, readiness measures, and success criteria.
• Integrate change activities into the overall program plan.
• Conduct impact assessments across functions and regions; identify risks and resistance points.
• Prepare leaders and teams for new processes, systems and ways of working.
• Create and execute targeted communication strategies; enable leadership alignment.
• Oversee training content and delivery plans for adoption and competency.
• Establish governance and reporting structures; collaborate with program leadership.
