Job summary

Qualifications

• Университетское образование по бизнесу/информационным системам или смежной области.
• Опыт 5+ лет в роли IT-бизнес-аналитика или аналогичной.
• Опыт работы с ИИ и цифровыми решениями.
• Свободное владение английским и испанским языками.

Responsibilities

• Определять бизнес-потребности, анализировать процессы и поддерживать дизайн цифровой трансформации, аналитики данных и ИИ.
• Обеспечивать соответствие технологических решений стратегическим целям компании и измеримый эффект.
• Собирать требования, документировать процессы и работать с межфункциональными командами.
• Сопровождать внедрения, управление изменениями и контроль внедрения новых процессов.
• Разрабатывать KPIs, отслеживать результаты проектов и готовить отчеты для руководства.

We are looking for a Transformation Business Analyst to join a key team working on strategic transformation projects. • Identify business needs, analyze and optimize processes, and support the design and implementation of digital transformation, data analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Ensure that technology solutions align with corporate strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, document detailed requirements, and analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design process improvements, system optimizations, and new technology solutions.
• Coordinate relationships between business units, IT teams, and external providers, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive change management activities to ensure the smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and tools.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and tracking, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validations.
• Define KPIs, monitor project results, and prepare reports and executive presentations for management and stakeholders.

Требования

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in similar roles, with proven familiarity with process modeling, requirements management tools, and project management methodologies.
• Experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and emerging digital solutions.
• Fluency in English (the usual working language) and Spanish.
