Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Анализировать и документировать функциональные и бизнес-требования.
• Выявлять возможности для оптимизации процессов.
• Участвовать в проектах цифровой трансформации, работе с данными и AI.
• Сотрудничать с заинтересованными сторонами, техническими командами и поставщиками.
• Поддерживать управление изменениями и внедрение новых решений.
• Участвовать в функциональном и пользовательском тестировании (UAT).
• Определять KPI и отслеживать результаты.

At JV CODE LAB, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to take part in digital transformation projects in the insurance sector, collaborating with business and technology teams on process optimization, data, and artificial intelligence initiatives. You will be the link between business and technology, turning business needs into solutions that deliver real value.

• Analyze and document functional and business requirements.


• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes.


• Take part in digital transformation, data, and AI initiatives.


• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers.


• Support change management and the adoption of new solutions.


• Take part in functional and acceptance testing (UAT).


• Define KPIs and track results.

Требования

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst, especially on digital transformation projects.


• Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.


• Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN or similar).


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.


• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.


• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.


• C1 English is essential.
