Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion ищетTransformations Business Analyst для лидерства в цифровой трансформации и инициатив Data & AI. Ваша роль — связывать потребности бизнеса с технологическими решениями, которые приводят к реальному эффекту.

Вы будете анализировать процессы, собирать требования, работать с бизнесом и IT-специалистами, поддерживать проекты трансформации, тестирование и управление изменениями, а также определять KPI и следить за их достижением. Возможна удаленная работа.

Qualifications

• Высшее образование в области бизнеса, инженерии или информационных систем.
• Опыт работы бизнес-аналитиком или в трансформационных проектах.
• Знание анализа процессов и управления требованиями.
• Умение работать с бизнесом и IT-специалистами.
• Высокий уровень английского, минимум B2.
• Будет плюсом: опыт Data/Analytics или AI; Agile; управление изменениями.

Responsibilities

• Анализируйте процессы и ищите возможности для улучшения.
• Собирайте и формулируйте требования вместе со стейкхолдерами.
• Сотрудничайте с бизнес- и техкомандами при проектировании решений.
• Поддерживайте трансформационные проекты, тестирование и внедрение изменений.
• Определяйте и отслеживайте KPI для оценки результатов и adoption.

We are looking for a Transformation Business Analyst to lead digital transformation, Data & AI initiatives, connecting business needs with technological solutions that generate real impact.

Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Gather and define business requirements together with stakeholders. Collaborate with business and technology teams in designing solutions. Support transformation projects, testing, and change management. Define and monitor KPIs to measure results and adoption.

Требования:

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in transformation projects.
• Knowledge of process analysis and requirements management.
• Ability to work with business and technology professionals.
• High level of English, minimum B2.
