Job summary

Teltonika Telematics is seeking a hands-on Pre-Sales Engineer to join the Madrid office and drive the Spanish business growth. You will work with customers, partners and internal teams to understand and implement Teltonika Telematics products.

This role focuses on technical support, product demonstrations, training, and documentation, with opportunities to travel within Spain and abroad as needed. You will collaborate with HQ teams and local sales to ensure successful deployments and customer

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and strong business English required.
• Tech-minded engineer with solid troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with IoT, telematics or embedded devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, partners, and internal sales teams.
• Work with Teltonika GNSS devices and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot device configuration, connectivity, firmware, and integrations.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge base content.
• Coordinate with HQ teams to resolve issues.
• Support pilot projects and customer onboarding.
