Vodafone IoT is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to manage bespoke customer demand, coordinating across Customer Operations, Solution Architects, Product Management and Technology delivery teams. The role ensures clear requirements, aligns with standard capabilities, and guides bid and delivery processes.
You will balance backlog ownership, technical viability and budget governance while supporting governance and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Madrid-based setup.
Formación
- Experience managing customer-led technology demand, bespoke solutions or product ownership in telecoms, IoT or tech environments.
- Strong understanding of how Solution Architecture, Product Management and Technology delivery interact in complex customer solutions.
- Knowledge of IoT products, platforms, connectivity, APIs, reporting, billing and service provisioning.
Responsabilidades
- Act as the front-to-Technology owner for bespoke customer demand and route through the correct delivery path.
- Interface with Customer Operations, Solution Architects, Product Management and Delivery teams to shape requirements and impacts.
- Translate requirements into delivery requirements, features and user stories.
- Manage and prioritise the customer solutions backlog and delivery dates.
