Vodafone IoT is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify new business opportunities for our global IoT connectivity portfolio. You will create market awareness, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline by researching targets, outreaching via calls, emails and social channels, and engaging with senior decision-makers.

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or related field
• Experience in B2B lead generation or sales development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and persuasive
• Proficiency in second language: German/French/Italian preferred

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify and engage inbound and outbound leads via calls, email and social media
• Nurture contacts through the sales cycle to provide qualified pipeline
• Track and manage lead interactions using CRM and report on metrics
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimise lead generation strategies and campaigns
• Research target businesses based on trends in our ideal customer profile
