Vodafone Group Plc in Madrid is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead IoT Billing and commercial platforms. You will shape the vision, requirements and roadmap for billing capabilities across the IoT portfolio, ensuring scalable monetisation, transparent invoicing, and strong customer experience.
You will collaborate with diverse teams across Product, Technology, Finance, Operations and Markets to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive business impact.
Formación
- Strong PM experience in telecoms/IoT or enterprise platforms with billing or charging focus.
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear roadmaps and requirements.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional delivery.
Responsabilidades
- Own IoT Billing product strategy and roadmap for Vodafone IoT portfolio.
- Define monetisation, invoicing, and lifecycle management for billing capabilities.
- Shape customer experience, invoice quality, and billing transparency across products.
- Lead cross-functional delivery with Product, Technology, Finance, Operations and Markets.
