Perk, the intelligent platform for travel and spend management, is seeking a Manager, Inventory Operations to lead a growing team of 8 specialists across flights, ground transportation, and stays. You'll be hands-on, diagnose complex issues, set technical standards, and model the bar you expect from others.

Formación

• Experience leading or managing a team (formal or informal).
• Knowledge of travel inventory systems, GDS/NDC content, APIs, or similar back-end systems.
• Experience in operations, travel technology, or supplier management.
• Ability to connect operations to business outcomes and balance hands-on work with team priorities.
• Track record designing scalable frameworks and coaching teams.
• Ability to tailor communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Inventory Ops specialists across flights, ground transportation, and stays.
• Stay hands-on by diagnosing supplier/GDS/content issues and prototyping fixes.
• Set standards, governance, and scalable processes to align across verticals.
• Define operational standards and governance to reduce BAU workload and increase reliability.
• Use data to shape priorities and translate insights into recommendations for leadership.
• Represent the team's outcomes to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Champion AI-driven improvements across workflows and measure impact.
