Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership from understanding customer problems to deployment and impact.

• Experience running services in production with observability and reliability focus.
• Familiarity with AI-augmented workflows and AI-assisted code review.
• Experience leading multi‑team technical initiatives with dependencies.
