Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking an intern to support the International Purchasing department. You will assist with international contests, draft contracts and product sheets, and classify supplier information.

You will analyze tenders, resolve incidents with international suppliers, and maintain liaison with all business units. English fluency and a willingness to work with multilingual teams are essential.

Formación

• High level of English, written and spoken.
• Final year student in Business Management or related program, bilingual advantage.
• Experience with international contacts preferred.

Responsabilidades

Give Support to the International purchasing department with international contests in which the company participates

What will you do?

• Give Support to the International purchasing department with international contests in which the company participates.
• Manage and draw up contracts, agreements and product sheets.
• Classify information regarding suppliers.
• Assist in the analysis of tenders submitted by suppliers and products.
• Resolve incidents from other business units with international suppliers.
• Maintain contact with all business units.

What are we looking for?

EXPERIENCE

• International Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a student in its final year of Business Management and Administration, European Business Program or Master Degree (MBA, Hotel Business Management, etc.). Applications from foreign students are welcome, especially the ones who are pursuing bilingual degrees or forming part of an international study program
• High level of English, written and spoken. You will be working mostly with international contacts.
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office,TMS, etc)
