Sulzer is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Project Management team in Burgos, Spain, supporting a growing portfolio of pump manufacturing projects. You will manage engineering and project documentation throughout the lifecycle, ensure revisions, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers.

The role offers a permanent contract, exposure to the SAP transformation, and interaction with international stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in document control within an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of document management processes, numbering, revision control and workflows.
• Experience with SharePoint, SAP, EDMS platforms or similar tools.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project and engineering documentation across the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate document submission, review, approval, and distribution.
• Maintain document registers, status reports, and tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and contractual requirements.
