Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company, Madrid, is seeking a Client Executive IOH SMO in a full-time role within its IOH Client Management team. You will manage a portfolio of SMO clients and brokers, driving service quality, renewals, and upsell opportunities, while coordinating cross-functional support.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders across international organisations, ensuring accurate contract management and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• You hold a master degree or equivalent by experience.
• You have 2–5 years of experience in insurance or administration.
• You speak excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
• You communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
• You manage multiple stakeholders professionally and collaboratively.
• You can prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
• You have experience with data collection and statistical analysis.
• You are proficient with Excel and Word; Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a selection of SMO clients and brokers.
• Own client/broker relations: contacts, inquiries, escalations.
• Monitor swift implementation of new clients, brokers, and services.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders of the client/broker.
• Communicate renewal terms and maximize client retention at sustainable rates.
• Identify and pursue up- and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate complaint resolution with other departments.
• Perform contract management and analyze claims experience.
• Create ad-hoc reports and KPI updates.
