Cigna Healthcare in Madrid is seeking an SME for Provider Inquiries to support complex provider queries with a focus on US processes. You will back the Network Operations Lead, help resolve escalated cases, and ensure consistent handling across frontline teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in a similar environment, advanced English, and a willingness to collaborate with international stakeholders in a fast-paced matrix setting.

Formación

• Typically 3–5 years’ experience in a complex operational environment (Customer Service, Provider Inquiries, Claims or similar).
• Proven experience handling complex cases and making sound, balanced decisions.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and service delivery environments.
• Experience working with international stakeholders, ideally US-based teams.
• Advanced or native level English (written and spoken) is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a subject matter expert, managing and resolving complex provider inquiries.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to frontline teams to ensure accurate handling of queries.
• Support the Network Operations Lead with ad hoc requests and team priorities.
• Escalate issues and provide direction for decision-making.
• Engage with US-based stakeholders to clarify queries and align on processes.
