Qualifications

• You are professionally qualified in the legal sector.
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance/regulated sectors, corporate, consumer and commercial laws.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations and cross-border projects.
• Business-minded, result oriented, service driven, flexible and pragmatic.
• Well organized and a good communicator; team player.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements and corporate documentation.
• Provide corporate secretarial support and governance filings.
• Assist with incorporation of new entities and跨-border projects.
• Advise on insurance distribution regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
