Job summary

Colt Technology Services is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Business Partner to shape and deliver compelling employee narratives. You will partner with senior leaders, manage cross-functional campaigns and drive change communications across a global, matrixed organisation.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on content creation, enabling you to influence how people understand and engage with Colt's strategy and priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in internal communications within complex organisations.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders and transformation programmes.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear employee narratives and engage multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and functions to translate strategy into compelling internal communications.
• Develop and execute a content plan that informs and engages employees across the organisation.
• Lead Colt-wide internal comms projects and campaigns with autonomy and pace.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of communications and campaigns.
