Teva seeks an Associate Director, Capability Building & Change Management to own communication, change management, internal branding, asset creation, and capability-building activities as part of Global Procurement Transformation. You’ll shape how teams adopt AI-enabled changes and new tools, driving practical learning and storytelling across a global audience.

The role collaborates with procurement leaders, digital teams, L&D, technology partners, and external providers to embed transformation

Formación

• Master’s degree preferred; certification in change management is an advantage.
• 7+ years of procurement experience in a global corporate environment; AI transformations preferred.
• Ability to create clear communication plans and support adoption planning and reinforcement.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own communication plans and stakeholder engagement for Global Procurement Transformation.
• Translate complex topics into clear messages and support adoption of new tools and processes.
• Develop enablement assets such as playbooks, launch packs, FAQs, and toolkits.
• Lead change readiness, impact assessment, adoption planning, and reinforcement activities.
• Track adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement with learning initiatives.
• Coordinate learning enablement with global L&D and procurement teams.
