Job summary

Nalanda Global is seeking a Communications Manager to shape and execute external communication across corporate comms, PR, media relations, LinkedIn, and stakeholder messaging. You will translate complex B2B topics into clear, credible messages for diverse audiences and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership to ensure consistency and business impact.

This role focuses on communication and reputation, while content remains a key execution capability.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in corporate communication, PR or external communications.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Spanish.
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Ability to translate complex B2B topics into clear, credible messages.
• Experience working with media, PR agencies or external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Nalanda’s corporate communication plan.
• Define key messages for multiple audiences: clients, prospects, suppliers, partners, media.
• Translate business priorities into clear communication angles and narratives.
• Ensure tone and messaging consistency across channels and campaigns.
• Coordinate PR, media relations and external content with partners.
