Job summary

Colt Technology Services in Madrid is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Business Partner to shape messaging that informs and engages employees across the company. You will partner with senior leaders and functions to translate strategy into clear narratives and drive adoption of change.

In this hybrid, permanent role, you’ll own content planning, develop campaigns, measure impact, and ensure Colt’s values appear in every communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in internal communications within complex organisations.
• Ability to partner with executive leaders and drive change communications.
• Proven track record in developing compelling internal messages and content.
• Experience managing and optimising digital internal channels (Poppulo, SharePoint, Viva Engage).
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications content plan.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into clear employee narratives.
• Lead Colt-wide internal communications campaigns and change programmes.
• Embed Colt’s values in all communications to drive engagement.
• Measure, report and optimise the impact of comms and campaigns.
