You will work with the Controlling team to support financial processes and projects that enhance efficiency and alignment across technology operations.

Formación

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office for financial analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end and periodic closing processes, ensuring data accuracy.
• Analyze performance against budgets and forecasts, spotting variances.

About the Job

At Allianz Technology, we are the global driving force behind digital transformation and IT services for the Allianz Group. Our Central Functions Controlling team is pivotal in ensuring financial efficiency and strategic alignment across our technology operations.

As a Controlling Intern for Central Functions at Allianz Technology, you will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning within a tech-driven environment. You will work closely with our Controlling team to support various financial processes and projects that enhance the effectiveness of our central functions.

What you do

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support the month-end and other periodic closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances relevant to technology operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate financial information.
• Provide administrative support to the Controlling team as needed.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. Interest in technology and its impact on financial processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
