Zurich is seeking a Product Engineer to shape innovative insurance product propositions within a multi‑year European transformation. You will partner with underwriting, pricing, and IT to translate strategy into scalable solutions, driving change management and cross‑functional alignment across markets.

You will design and evolve product models, analyze competitors, and stay current on industry trends while leveraging Xmind and APD Suite for configuration.

Formación

• Bachelor degree with 2+ years in Product Development OR High School Diploma or Equivalent with strong Product Development experience.
• Knowledge of property, casualty, and specialty insurance underwriting.
• Familiarity with underwriting guidelines, practices, and governance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain new insurance products with cross-functional teams.
• Capture customer and stakeholder requirements from Underwriting, Sales, and Claims.
• Lead change management during new product introductions.
• Prioritize and plan initiatives with product and pricing teams, and assess usability for implementation readiness.
• Develop structured product models for the Lower Middle Market segment.
