Zurich Insurance Group—Barcelona Tech Delivery Center is seeking an Organizational Transformation Specialist to bridge business needs with practical solutions. You will work across discovery, experimentation, and delivery, applying AI-enabled tools like Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot within the Microsoft 365 stack.

You’ll lead small projects, drive process improvements, and measure outcomes with KPIs while collaborating with experts in various tech domains in a regulated industry context.

Formación

• Experience blending business analysis with transformation and project delivery.
• Ability to move between discovery, analysis, and execution with stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI-assisted tools for lightweight development and automation.
• Strong focus on process improvement and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in cross-functional environments, ideally in regulated industries.

Responsabilidades

• Identify business needs with stakeholders and translate them into clear requirements.
• Lead smaller projects from inception to delivery with planning and risk tracking.
• Design, test, and refine processes and solutions using iterative methods.
• Develop lightweight tools and automations within Microsoft 365.
• Define KPIs and monitor adoption and outcomes to prove value.
• Support change management with guidance, training, and stakeholder engagement.
