Zurich Insurance Group is seeking an Organizational Transformation Specialist in Barcelona to blend business analysis, transformation support, and project coordination. You will work across discovery, testing, and delivery while collaborating with stakeholders to define problems and implement practical solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

You will drive lightweight automation using Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot, delivering measurable improvements and user adoption.

Formación

• Experience combining business analysis, transformation support, and project coordination.
• Ability to switch between discovery, analysis, experimentation, and delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across functions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and lightweight automation.
• Insurance or financial services experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and clarify business needs through stakeholder engagement and lightweight discovery activities.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, opportunity statements, and process definitions.
• Support the design, testing, and refinement of products, processes, and concepts through structured experimentation.
• Lead smaller projects or workstreams from inception through delivery, including planning and risk tracking.
• Drive internal process improvement initiatives to simplify ways of working and reduce friction.
• Use Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot to support limited solution development and automation.
• Contribute to lightweight tools or automations across Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Define and monitor KPIs, adoption indicators, and outcomes to measure value.
