You will manage pricing, profitability and cross-functional delivery, partnering with the CEO to shape Zurich’s strategy and drive growth across programmes and partnerships.

Formación

• Experience in financial management and budgeting processes.
• Ability to manage pricing and profitability analyses.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance awareness.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives.
• Experience with AI strategy implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Own budgeting process including annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Monitor revenue, costs, headcount; identify variances and actions.
• Lead pricing and profitability analyses for campaigns and projects.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation, chargebacks and cross-charges.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Drive agency processes and capacity planning.
• Oversee end-to-end month- and year-end processes.
• Provide strategic financial direction to support growth.
• Define and drive AI strategy across the company.
