Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking an Insider Risk Management Specialist to support global operations around Microsoft Purview IRM and related governance for a leading pharmaceutical client. You will help implement, monitor, and improve risk policies, evidence handling, and audit-ready documentation while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, HR, IT Security, and other stakeholders across regions.

• Experience with Purview IRM or similar platforms.
• Understanding of insider risk indicators and policy configuration.
• Knowledge of MS 365 workloads related to insider risk.
• Privacy-by-design and least privilege practices.
• Discretion with confidential employee matters.
• Ability to coordinate across global teams.
• Analytical and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support global operation and administration of Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management.
• Improve IRM policies, indicators, thresholds, and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and auditability of IRM activities.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, HR, IT Security and other stakeholders.
• Monitor, triage, and escalate IRM alerts and cases with authorized teams.
• Support follow-up investigations including evidence collection and log analysis.
• Prepare recurring metrics and reports on trends and effectiveness.
• Drive testing, change management, and user readiness for IRM updates.
