UST is seeking a Data Loss Prevention professional to join our team for a key client in the banking sector. The role requires a strong English level and deep experience in risk management and data protection. You will work across governance, incident response, and regulatory compliance to protect the bank from insider threats.

The position offers comprehensive benefits, flexible work arrangements, and ongoing training opportunities in cyber security platforms and GDPR/PCI DSS standards.

Formación

• Proven knowledge of risk management practices and processes.
• Understanding of DLP functionalities: monitoring, incident response and analysis.
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ServiceNow tickets and reporting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with bank data.
• Good organizational and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and uphold good culture and behaviours aligned with risk policies.
• Identify, assess, manage and report risk; take responsibility for doing the right thing.
• Advance actions to minimise or mitigate risks (conduct/operational).
• Monitor regulatory changes and apply to activities.
• Support regulatory and business obligations on Financial Crime Compliance.
• Research best practices to shape products and processes to protect the bank.
• Develop metrics showing insider threat effectiveness and drive improvements.
