A leading recruitment firm is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist fluent in Italian to develop the Italian market from Madrid or Barcelona. The ideal candidate has experience in inside sales, knowledge of the Italian market, and a commitment to join a rapidly growing international team. Responsibilities include telephone sales of consultancy services, promoting the brand, and collaborating with the Business Development team. This is a full-time position.

Formación

• Experience as inside sales or similar.
• Commitment and motivation to join a rapidly growing international team.
• Fashion experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus.

Overview

Retail Academy, in partnership with Luxe Talent, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist – Italian Speaker to develop the Italian market from Madrid or Barcelona. Luxe Talent is an international recruitment and training firm specializing in Executive & Middle Management positions in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Catering, Hospitality and FMCG, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Braga and Munich.

Responsibilities

• Telephone sales of consultancy services and recruitment solutions to different companies in the retail sector.
• Actively participate in the development of the Italian office's sales strategy by identifying potential markets/companies.
• Use various means to identify target customers and contact them to present our services.
• Promote the Luxe Talent brand to players in the target markets to increase the attractiveness of our services.
• Create value through a consultative sales approach, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team for the development of the Italian Market.

Requirements

• Experience as inside sales or similar
• Knowledge of the Italian Market

• Fluent in Italian; English. Spanish is a plus.
