Concentrix in Barcelona (on-site) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative fluent in Italian and English to join our automotive luxury team. You will lead structured follow-up calls, represent a premium brand with professionalism, and capture customer insights for retailer sales teams.

This is a full-time 39 hours/week role with a base salary of €19.623,94 plus up to €3.000 gross/year in bonus and private medical insurance.

Formación

• Bilingual in Italian and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; background in business, communications, or automotive preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in automotive or luxury sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers.
• Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Identify pricing concerns or product preferences among customers.
• Collect insights and summarize interactions for retailer sales teams.
• Maintain relationship continuity by managing follow-up and offers with the same prospects.
• Ensure all interactions align with the brand's premium positioning and quality standards.

As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will:

• - Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they've expressed interest in a product
• - Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
• - Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
• - Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
• - Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
• - Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.

• - Are bilingual or proficient in Italian and English
• - Hold a high school diploma (minimum), with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies
• - Bring experience in customer service or sales - ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors
• - Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele
• - Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products
• - Are structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers
• - Are comfortable following a detailed, scripted call approach and submitting written reports post-interaction.
